Below, divers have options for the type of course they are looking to take. Each Agency offers courses designed specifically for a particular type of diving that piques their interests.
Scuba Diving International (SDI) offers courses for recreational diver, like Basic Open Water course, the first course every diver takes to start their dive training. SDI also offers specialties to continue the divers education like Deep, Wreck, and Night to name a few. In addition, SDI offers Leadership level training such as Dive Master, Assistant Instructor, and Open Water Instructor.
Technical Diving International (TDI) offers courses for the diver looking for something a little more extreme. Courses include Introduction to Technical Diving, Nitrox, Advanced Nitrox, Cavern and Cave, and CCR.
Emergency Response Diving International (ERDI) offers courses for public safety officials. Participants can gain Awareness, Operations, and Technician level of qualification for courses like Emergency Response Diver, Tender Operations, and Contaminated Water Diver.
Professional Freediving International (PFI) offers courses for everyone from recreational to professional freedivers. From snorkeling on the surface to Advanced Freediver, as well as specialties like Safe Buddy for those already freediving, and Breath-Hold Survival for people looking for emergency breath-hold training. PFI Leadership courses include Freediver Supervisor, Assistant Instructor, and all levels of Freediver Instructor.
